Plain summary: You own your Able for life. Don't reverse-engineer it, redistribute it, or use it to build a competitor. You're responsible for what you ask it to do.
License Grant
Apex Empire Inc. ("Licensor") grants you ("User") a perpetual, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use Able on devices you own or control, in accordance with the license tier purchased (Core, Pro, or Business).
This license is granted for life. It does not expire. It is not a subscription.
What You May Do
- Install Able on your personal devices
- Use all features included in your purchased tier
- Upgrade to a higher tier at any time (Pro absorbs Core; Business absorbs Pro)
- Customize Able's name, appearance, and behavior within the supported options
- Use Able commercially to assist with your own work and business operations
What You May Not Do
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Able
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on Able's source code
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or transfer your Able license to another party
- Use Able to develop a competing product or service
- Share or transfer your activation hash to another user
- Use Able for unlawful purposes or to harm others
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent Able's licensing, security, or activation systems
Ownership & Intellectual Property
Apex Empire Inc. retains all intellectual property rights in Able, including but not limited to the software, architecture, Septaguard encryption system, Tessellation Network protocol, HexShield immune system, AbleScan inspection system, and all proprietary systems and algorithms contained therein.
The purchase of a license grants you the right to use Able — it does not transfer ownership of the software or any of its components. Able's internal architecture constitutes confidential trade secrets of Apex Empire Inc.
Able™, Apex Empire Inc.™, Septaguard™, HexShield™, AbleScan™, and AbleCloud™ are trademarks of Apex Empire Inc. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited.
User Responsibility for Actions
Able is an execution engine. It performs system-level actions at your explicit direction. You acknowledge and accept that:
- You are solely responsible for all commands and instructions you give to Able
- Able executes actions on your behalf — you bear full responsibility for the outcomes
- You will verify the safety and appropriateness of significant actions before directing Able to perform them
- Actions performed by Able at your request may modify, move, delete, or alter files and system configurations
- Apex Empire Inc. is not responsible for any consequences arising from Able's execution of your instructions
Septaguard Vault
The Septaguard Vault stores sensitive credentials including passwords, API keys, wallet keys, and secrets on your local device using seven-layer encryption. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and master credentials. Apex Empire Inc. cannot recover vault contents if you lose access. Store your credentials securely outside of Able as a backup.
Updates
Minor updates, bug fixes, and security patches are provided at no additional cost for the life of your license. Major version releases (e.g., Able 2.0) may be offered as paid upgrades at a loyalty discount for existing license holders. You are never required to upgrade.

ABLE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. APEX EMPIRE INC. DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ABLE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, APEX EMPIRE INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF ABLE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of data or files
- System damage or instability
- Security incidents arising from user configuration
- Actions executed by Able at your direction
- Business interruption or lost profits
In no event shall Apex Empire Inc.'s total liability exceed the amount you paid for your Able license.
Termination
Your license terminates automatically if you materially breach this EULA and fail to cure the breach within 30 days of notice. Upon termination, you must cease using Able and delete all copies from your devices. Provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, and governing law survive termination.
Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec, Canada.
