Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, activating, or using Able, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the End-User License Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use Able.
These Terms apply to all users of Able, including the desktop application, the AbleStore, the Tessellation Network, and all related services operated by Apex Empire Inc.
Description of Able
Able is a locally-installed AI execution engine for Windows that performs tasks on your device, including file operations, terminal execution, code execution, system interactions, and AI-powered command processing. Able may communicate with Apex Empire Inc. servers solely for the purposes of license validation, fuel credit management, and software updates.
Key fact: Able processes all personal data locally on your device. Apex Empire Inc. does not collect, store, access, or transmit your files, conversations, or personal information.
License & Activation
Each purchase of Able includes a unique cryptographic activation hash. This hash:
- Identifies your license tier (Core, Pro, or Business)
- Enables software updates from Apex Empire Inc.
- Enables fuel credit purchases and management
- Registers your Able as a node on the Tessellation Network
The activation hash is anonymous and non-identifying. It is not linked to your name, device, or personal information beyond what is necessary for license management.
User Responsibilities
You agree to use Able only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for:
- All commands, instructions, and actions you direct Able to perform
- Verifying the safety and appropriateness of any action before execution
- Maintaining the security of your device and Able installation
- Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
- Any consequences resulting from actions performed by Able at your request
System Access & Permissions
Able may request access to your local filesystem, network resources, terminal environment, and third-party APIs. You explicitly grant Able permission to perform only the actions you request. Apex Empire Inc. does not have access to your system through Able.
Tessellation Network
Able participates in a decentralized, encrypted peer-to-peer learning network ("Tessellation Network"). Participation involves sharing only anonymized technical telemetry — such as performance optimization signals, error patterns, and learning vectors. No personal data, file contents, or identifiable information is ever transmitted through the Tessellation Network.
Encrypted file transfers between Able nodes are peer-to-peer and end-to-end encrypted. Apex Empire Inc. cannot access, view, or intercept transferred content.
Fuel Credits
Certain AI-powered features require fuel credits. Credits are consumed when Able processes complex commands through external AI providers. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits do not expire. Payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms of service.
No Refunds
All purchases of Able licenses and fuel credits are final. Because Able is a digital product that is activated immediately upon purchase, refunds are not available. If you experience a technical issue, contact us at info@uable.store and we will work to resolve it.
No Professional Advice
Able does not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. All outputs generated by Able are informational only. You should verify any important output independently before acting on it.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apex Empire Inc. shall not be liable for:
- Data loss, corruption, or damage caused by actions performed at your request
- System instability, crashes, or performance issues
- Security breaches resulting from user misconfiguration or third-party factors
- Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in Able's outputs
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
Able is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Updates & Changes
Apex Empire Inc. may release software updates, patches, and feature additions. You may install updates at your discretion. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Able after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec, Canada.
