Our Core Commitment

Able is architected as a local-first system. Apex Empire Inc. does not collect, store, access, or transmit your personal data. This is not a policy choice — it is an architectural one. Your data never reaches our servers because Able is designed to keep everything on your device.

What Able Stores Locally

Able stores the following data on your device only, protected by Septaguard encryption:

• Your Septaguard Vault contents (passwords, API keys, secrets you choose to store)
• Cortex learning patterns and preferences derived from your usage
• Conversation history and action logs
• Configuration and settings
• Sponge knowledge absorbed from public internet sources

All of this remains on your device. You control it. You can delete it at any time.

What Apex Empire Inc. Holds

We maintain minimal records necessary to operate the service:

• Activation hash — a cryptographic identifier for your license. It is anonymous and non-identifying.
• License tier and purchase record — to validate your entitlements and process updates.
• Fuel credit balance — to track your available compute credits.
• Payment records — processed and held by Stripe. We do not store card data.

None of this is linked to your name unless you voluntarily provide it during purchase. Your email address, if provided at checkout, is used only for license delivery and is not shared.

Tessellation Network & Federated Learning

Able participates in the Tessellation Network — a decentralized, encrypted network of Able nodes that share collective intelligence. The only data transmitted through this network is:

• Anonymized model performance optimization signals
• Aggregated error patterns and success indicators
• Technical learning vectors with no personal content
• Network health metrics (uptime, latency, availability)

No file contents, conversation text, vault data, or identifying information is ever transmitted. Encrypted peer-to-peer file transfers between users are end-to-end encrypted — Apex Empire Inc. cannot access or intercept this content.

AI Processing

When you use Able's AI features, commands may be processed by third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or xAI Grok) through the Able backend. These providers process the text of your command only. They are subject to their own privacy policies and do not receive your local files or vault contents unless you explicitly instruct Able to include that information in a command.

Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store, transmit, or have access to your payment card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment processing. We retain a record of the transaction amount, license tier purchased, and date — nothing more.

Your Rights

Because Apex Empire Inc. holds no personal data beyond your activation hash and purchase record, the exercise of data rights is simple:

• Access your local data — it is on your device. Able can show you everything it has stored.
• Delete your local data — uninstall Able or use Able's built-in memory clearing features.
• Delete your account record — contact us at info@uable.store to have your activation hash and purchase record removed.

Security

Your local Able data is protected by Septaguard — a seven-layer encryption architecture built into Able. Apex Empire Inc. cannot access this data. The security of your device and Able installation is your responsibility. We recommend keeping your operating system and antivirus software updated.

Children

Able is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
